About the job
Reporting directly to the Vice-President (Services), you will be working directly with our customers to implement our planning solution, configuring the application to meet their needs. In addition to performing process-mapping and process validation, you will be engaged in training and supporting customers during their initial ramp-up. Yes, this means travel, as our customers are located all over North America. It also means doing something pretty important, because these solutions represent transformative change in our customers’ lives. Be forewarned: they may actually hug you.

About you
You’re someone who eats budgets for breakfast. You have been a senior budget analyst at a utility or other asset-intensive business, meaning that you have hands-on experience in the budgeting and planning process.
It may be that you work for a large organization, where your job is predictable and ‘excitement’ is just a word in the dictionary. If you’re ready for a significant career change and are keen to put your knowledge to work making a real difference, give us a call. You are detail-oriented, communicate well (written and orally), and are comfortable thinking (and presenting!) on your feet. You’ll often be the centre of attention as customers look to you to distill their needs and propose workable solutions specific to their organization. You’re also willing to travel within Canada and the U.S.A.
