Senior Software Developer
We're looking for a senior software developer who is searching for the perfect opportunity to contribute their innovative ideas and leadership skills to company of 40 employees, growing at a rate of 400% annually.
As an experienced and accomplished developer, you have significant experience in the building of enterprise-level software and a solid understanding of how to architect a data-intensive product.
The perfect candidate will be a key member of the CopperLeaf development team, mentoring and inspiring the expanding team with strong technical and communication skills as they continue to deliver world-class enterprise software to our A-list clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define User Requirements: participate in defining and documenting customer requirements and in solution definition.
- Product Design and Development: design enterprise software solutions within an agile development environment with the ability to solve complex technical problems; lead or perform expert-level architectural and object-oriented design and implementations.
- Technical Mentorship: be a key technical champion, resource and mentor within the product development team.
About you
You have 5+ years of software development experience demonstrating your senior leadership skills and technical aptitude. A consummate professional, you abhor sloppy code and are meticulous about details. You have extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming and excellent data-modeling skills.
You have in depth experience in designing and implementing applications using ASP.NET and .NET Frameworks with a Relational Database backend. Your knowledge of n-tier/client-server architecture and application of industry best practices and design patterns are exceptional as is your analytical and problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence.
You are highly organized with excellent communication skills and possess the ability to juggle multiple demands on your time. Your passion for technology is an inspiration to your team and results in timely delivery of quality, customer-driven solutions.
