We believe AIPM should not be a stand-alone process dusted off for a yearly planning run. Rather, it should be a systematic process where investment planning, decision making and performance management are all dynamically linked to all relevant business processes using interfaces to your other enterprise systems to exchange data. This enables C55 to form part of the fabric of your Enterprise IT environment and to automate continuous live updates to ensure relevant and accurate information is available at all times.
The interfaces are provided through the CopperLeaf Web Services support infrastructure and the enterprise data from systems such as your ERP, EAM, and APM can be mapped to these standard support modules. This requires custom adaptation which could be performed either by CopperLeaf, your IT team or a third party integrator.
